Michael Robert Caditz is an honours graduate in Philosophy from Vancouver Island University and has an M.Sc. in Engineering from New York Institute of Technology. His career has spanned multiple disciplines from writing to information technology and media production.

Michael seeks to apply his skills and values to restore and protect our forests, parks, and community centres. He has the will to fulfill the mission of the Park Board—which is to serve as a governing, policy-making body rather than a rubber-stamp for the ideological or financial agendas of City bureaucrats.

As a Vancouver Park Board commissioner, Michael Robert Caditz will seek to depoliticize the Board, bring back ethics to government, listen to what the experts say, and meaningfully interact with citizens. He will fight for our green spaces and tree canopy, and ensure that public resources remain public and available to all.
