I will support Indigenous Education at NLPS by engaging with district resources, taking part in cultural programming , and supporting the Syeyutsus Reconciliation Framework.

I will work to ensure that SD68 meets all priority needs for students while maintaininga balanced budget.
Facility Upgrades
I will advocate for creative consultation and lobbying strategy with the Ministry of Education to address the urgent facility upgrades needed at NLPS.

I was social worker in addictions, rehabilitation, inclusive education, and employee counselling before becoming a college teacher and administrator. I have lived in Nanaimo as an active community member for 22 years.

I spent the greater part of my career teaching, building, and managing in public education. I have developed a skill set that can help NLPS be the most successful learning environment for our local students.
