I have been living and serving Richmond community over 30 strong years and have an affinity to this peaceful and yet vibrant city. As a senior public service administrator over a quarter of a century, I have developed a thorough understanding of public policy development and administration, strong skills in public affair governance, and extensive experience in serving people in the community.
I am in a better position as a councillor to impact my loved community in a positive way by listening the constituents and promote their interests.
