Biography

submitted by the candidate or their team
I have been volunteering with the Green Party since 2015 and continue to support this global movement. I am proud to advocate for the people of Kelowna during this election.

Reason for running

submitted by the candidate or their team
We can build connections with one another by working together as environmental stewards. I am employed as a volunteer coordinator and believe that volunteerism is part of our social fabric. This can bring us back together.

It is essential to reduce income inequality. Raising the tax-free threshold to $40,000 and implementing a guaranteed livable income will help keep everyone out of poverty, alleviating the burden many of us feel. With less stress, our health will improve, leading to lower healthcare costs.

Introducing a proportional voting system will provide a more accurate representation of our wishes in Parliament, allowing us to vote based on our true preferences rather than strategically.

This plan will enable us to tackle crucial issues like climate change more effectively. I look forward to working with you to make it happen.
