My philosophy is grounded in care, trust, and practical leadership. I believe every student and staff member should feel safe, supported, heard, and genuinely welcome in our schools.
Transparency and accountability are central to that. Trust is not passive. It is built through open communication, honesty, and follow-through, so people understand how decisions are made and feel confident that their concerns will be taken seriously.
I also believe we have to take care of the people who take care of our kids. When staff feel valued, supported, and equipped to do their jobs well, students benefit too.
I want decisions to be proactive, thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in what will best support students, staff, and families across our school community.
