Currently, this Council screens all requests for presentations. The present Council decided after the last election to keep this in place. If Council doesn’t like your grievance or suggestion, you are denied the right to speak. Council determines who will criticize them, not you. I will immediately begin to replace existing screening bylaws, to ensure citizens are able to make presentations to Council without prior approval.
