Anne Gajerski-Cauley is your NDP candidate for Brantford–Brant South–Six Nations.
Ordained in the United Church of Canada since 1995, Anne has served communities across Manitoba and Southwestern Ontario. She supports urban and rural congregations, unhoused women, psychiatric and cancer patients, and individuals in correctional systems.
Anne is a dedicated community organizer who has tirelessly championed electoral reform, accessibility issues, and numerous social justice causes since she was nine years old. Her advocacy efforts helped secure the inclusion of disability rights in Canada’s Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
As a caregiver for her disabled son, Anne is acutely aware of the realities faced by Canadian families. She believes deeply that we can — and must — do better for our community.
Anne has engaged actively in political campaigns for over 40 years at municipal, provincial, and federal levels. She has founded and chaired community organizations such as Democracy Guelph and been a proactive member of various church and community executives.
Anne holds a Bachelor’s degree in History and Religious Studies from the University of Winnipeg, a Master of Divinity from the University of Toronto, and a Master of Sacred Theology in Pastoral Care and Counselling.
Anne is committed to fighting for fairness, equity, and impactful change. As your MP, she will fight for accessible education and universal healthcare, pharmacare, and dental care for all Canadians, regardless of income.
