Natasa Sirotic is a teacher, teacher educator, and entrepreneur. She immigrated to Canada in the early 1990s with her husband, both young electrical engineers, and their two young daughters, fleeing the breakdown of their home country, Yugoslavia. Having personally experienced political instability, economic collapse, and runaway inflation, she remains deeply grateful that Canada welcomed skilled professionals like her and her husband with open arms. She became a Canadian citizen in the mid-1990s and has proudly called this country home ever since.
A mother of four adult children and grandparent to three grandchildren, Natasa has also had the privilege of educating thousands of students throughout her career. Inspired by Canada’s beauty and its people, she sees tremendous potential for national prosperity through embracing common-sense leadership and policies.
