Biography

from their website

Thomas Androvic, born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, is the son of parents who immigrated to Canada in 1968 to escape communist dictatorship. He completed his studies in psychology and canon law in Hungary before returning to Canada, where he led the Hungarian community in Montreal as a liaison between the community and government. After working with WestJet Airlines, he moved to Oshawa with his family, where he later worked as a communications expert for the Consulate General of Hungary and became an entrepreneur, co-owning the European Gourmet Deli.

Raised in a family that experienced the horrors of socialism and communism, Thomas has always been deeply aware of the value of democracy and the dangers of authoritarian regimes. His personal experiences in post-communist Hungary shaped his understanding of the challenges facing Canada today, particularly the influence of international socialist movements and elitist political interests. A dedicated community member and family man, Thomas is committed to ensuring that Canada, and particularly Oshawa, prioritize its citizens over globalist interests. He is driven by a strong belief in putting Canada and democracy first.
